The Socialist film "Lulun" (2015) Directed by Jang Sun-woo and based on the true story of a former political prisoner who was forced to do hard labor in North Korea, is receiving mounting attention at the International Film Festival of India. This is the first South Korean feature film that to feature North Korean characters in it's cast and storyline. At this year's festival, Lee Byung-hun (actor of the action movie "The Fast" which grossed USD$28 million at U. S. box office) has acted in another Socialist North Korea movie with his South Korean movie star co-star Song Kang-ho (actor of "Olympic Games" and "I Saw the Devil") and Hwang Jung-min (The top soloist of South Korean pop idol group H.O.T.) and the film has been dubbed in Japanese, Chinese, French and English. The four South Korean characters of the film, "Kang-wook", "Song", "Hwang" and "Lee" are at the center of their story. The film had its world Premiere at the 2015 Busan International Film Festival and will be released in cinemas on December 25th. The review: "Lulun" is a thriller about a former political prisoner who is forced to do hard labor in North Korea and escapes and returns to his hometown as a criminal. The villainous Kim Jong-min (Han Joo-hyeon) is sent from North Korea to be honorable as a political prisoner with 300 soldiers as his escort. The officer in charge of Kang-wook (Lee Byung-hun) works with North Korea because he wants to get his family out of the country. However, there are some who are trying to find Kang-wook’s whereabouts. The story is about the people who are always standing by Kang-wook, who is trying to escape from North Korea to South Korea. Song (Song Kang-ho) is a prosecutor who acts as an interpreter for foreigners, but he has no one he can trust within the system because everyone turns their backs on him because of an incident that happened 10 years ago. cfa1e77820
